Sales Support Specialist

Tasks:
· Coordinate request for proposal (RFP) through sale of service and renewals.
· Enter all relevant data and milestones into Salesforce throughout the RFP process.
· Review bids from stop loss partner markets for accuracy and ensuring competitiveness and alignment with our sales strategy.
· Shop for competitive Stop Loss Insurance and provide the client and broker feedback throughout the process.
· Provide a high level of customer service to all parties - internal, client, broker, and vendor partners.
· Other duties as assigned.
